Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom items (DTF prints) may require additional processing time depending on design complexity.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada: Standard shipping (5–10 business days) via Canada Post or equivalent carrier.

International (selected countries only): Delivery times vary (10–21 business days). Availability will be shown at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Tracking Orders

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to the USA.

We also do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted countries.
