Refund Policy

At MyMind Printing, each product is custom-made based on your artwork, design, or specifications. Because every item is printed uniquely for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to an error on our part.

1. Non-Refundable Products

Since our products are personalized, refunds or returns are not accepted for:

• Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

• Spelling or design errors in artwork submitted by the customer

• Slight color variations due to screen calibration differences

• Change of mind after an order is placed

We encourage customers to review all files, dimensions, and design previews carefully before confirming an order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the defective or damaged area

• A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the defective item, or

• A store credit equal to the value of the defective item

We do not process cash refunds for custom-made products unless required by law.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We’ll investigate with our carriers (Canada Post, UPS) and issue a replacement or credit if your parcel is confirmed lost.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if printing has not started.
Once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

5. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the packaging and the product immediately.

2. Keep the original packaging.

3. Contact us at contact@mymindprinting.com within 7 days.
   We’ll work with our carrier partners to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
